Use email as the primary contact method for all your support and contact needs. This is the primary way we will contact and interact with you making sure that we can receive your message in over 99% of circumstances and locations. Our main focus is to immediately triage and respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.
As Blondie says, Call Me… Anytime. Keep in mind that we screen calls to focus on clients. If you are calling from a number that we do not have or do not know you will reach voicemail. We will always return your call as quickly as possible. Note: you will get much faster response via email.
We do not monitor direct text messages for support needs and will normally not respond (please use email above). We will use texting if contacting you regarding a technical issue which may affect your email capability (system down, email offline, etc.). Please limit texting to yes or no questions (i.e. You Here?) or other immediate and brief conversation needs.
